City Council Works To Reduce Litter

One major source of litter is unmaintained commercial dumpsters. Lone Tree City Council enacted a new ordinance to require dumpster providers to maintain containers with no defects or holes, and to be equipped with operable dumpster lids. The new ordinance took effect on  January 1, 2021.
